Our Customers

Among the services that we provide, we work with customers who qualify to determine individual support needs, job skills and abilities, assist with creating a job plan, and provide tools to help them realize their goals. Our number one priority is finding a supportive, inclusive fit for our customers in competitive employment.  

Creating the Job Plan

Finding work for the first time or returning to work after a long absence can be daunting and frustrating. We work to help navigate the journey of finding successful, fulfilling, long-term employment based on the needs, interests, strengths, and capabilities of those we serve. We incorporate support from friends, family, and members from other social and public services to help determine the best path for progressing to stable employment.  

Supporting customers on the job

Work site accommodations, use of assistive technologies, individualized and specialized training, staff awareness strategies, and other tools are sought and utilized for creating supportive environments to overcome perceived obstacles and for optimizing the abilities of our customers.
